Job Description:
Manage & Coordinate IT project in Pharma Cybersecurity and software development of our internal company projects. You should have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. Your goal will be to manage the project, report advances made, escalate issues and ensure all stakeholders are kept in loop.

Job Duties
- Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
- Work with client to define, identify metrics/ calculation formula and baseline the SLAs
- Report the ticketing data & SLA on a weekly basis to all stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in KPI metrics and report improvements in processes periodically with all stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Bachelors degree and 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience using Ticketing systems eg. Jira and Microsoft 365 products.
- Excellent analytical skills using Microsoft Pivot Charts.
- For internal development projects gather requirements and update user stories in jira.
- Work with Developers to communicate the requirements and track the progress.
- Perform user acceptance testing, diagnose problems and help promote the projects to Production.
Degree Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
